We are located at 4th and Seneca in downtown Seattle just minutes from the airport, easily accessed via the Seneca Street exit from I-5 northbound and Union Street from I-5 southboun.

We provide free complimentary parking across the street from our office.

Traveling North on I-5
Take the Seneca Street exit. Follow Seneca one block to 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and then take an immediate right into the Standard Parking Garage located on the SW corner of 5th and Seneca. Our office is located just 1/2 block west on the corner of 4th and Seneca.

Traveling South on I-5
Take the Union Street Exit. Turn left on 5th Avenue. Go 2 blocks you are at the corner of 5th and Seneca. Turn right into the Standard Parking Garage located on the SW corner of 5th and Seneca. Our office is located just 1/2 block west on the corner of 4th and Seneca.

Traveling West from Bellevue via I-90
Take signs to Vancouver, B.C. and then take the Madison Street Exit. You are now on 7th Avenue. Continue straight for 2 blocks. Turn left onto Seneca Street. Follow Seneca Street 2 blocks to 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue, then take an immediate right into the Standard Parking Garage located on the SW corner of 5th and Seneca. Our office is located just 1/2 block west on the corner of 4th and Seneca.

From Bellevue via I-520
From I-520 take the I-5 South exit to downtown Seattle and follow the same directions as listed under South I-5.
